A family that has lost a loved one needs clear information in the first days, on time and with dignity: when the funeral is, how to reach the grave, what to say and what to do. A burial society has to provide all of this while managing its ongoing work.
We specified, designed and developed a platform for burial societies with about thirty screens across six areas: funeral times with live streaming, deceased search and cemetery maps, mourning laws and a date calculator, memorial pages and anniversary reminders, headstone setup, and a management dashboard for the society. All in four languages, with a hotline and chat available around the clock. We also maintain the system on an ongoing basis.
